Q: I had to restore my computer now it says ringtones could not be synced because PC is no longer authorized for purchases on iphone and have authorizied it. by Daniel V.

I have tried deleting ringtone app and reinstalling it but got the same results. When I try to sync my ringtones I get this Message (The Iphone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this Iphone.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3

Hello dveazie,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you are trying to sync your Tones with iTunes but are receiving a messages that says purchases are no longer authorized. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the attached article to make sure all accounts and settings are correct.
