I understand that you are having an issue syncing your information with Outlook 2010 on your Windows computer. You have already completed a lot of great troubleshooting as well. In this situation, I would recommend working through the steps located in the attached article that you have not yet completed, such as attempting a sync from a new Windows user account.

Feb 20, 2015 8:21 PM in response to joe_7399by yvesfromtoulouse,The updating to V12.1.1 given by "turingtest2" has solved the problem. I tried the new account with no result except backup problems. I tried also to delete the new inputs in the contactsin order to find if one of them corrupted the sync process. No result! The V12.1.1 solved the system. But the sync was particulialry long on calendar and notes (about 10 mn of anxiety) with at the end a lot of conflicts or discrepancies to arbitrate.
But now it is going well..
