My credit card was charged USD2 for registering Apple ID. WHY??

Probably just a hold that is made to verify your credit card account. It is generally refunded within 24 hours. If it is still there after 5 business days, then contact iTunes support. http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
