Feb 22, 2015 12:14 PM in response to dddnatsaby Ingo2711,First, try to remove the Health app from the multitask bar by double-clicking the home button and swiping the app upwards. Then start the app again and wait for a couple of seconds. If this does not work, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Feb 22, 2015 1:04 PM in response to dddnatsaby Ingo2711,I had a similar problem today, but my data came back after I removed the app from the multitasking bar and waited for a couple of minutes.
May be you should give the app some time and try again later.

Feb 22, 2015 11:17 PM in response to dddnatsaby Ingo2711,It' an Apple app and part of iOS8.
You don't need to switch off the phone, I just removed the health app from the multitask bar by swiping, then restarted the health app from my home screen and left it running for a couple of minutes and the data came back. If you try to switch from "Today" and tap on "Week" or "Month", do you see results from former exercises?

How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
The health data should be included in the iCloud backup, or in your encrypted backup made by iTunes:
