Q: Podcast shut off

hello Apple support community

when I go to settings> to cellular>to podcast and too shut off

then I exit and go back the podcast is turned on , Why?

Any suggestion ladies and gentlemen ?

Hi Laplayajaco1,
Did you restart your iPhone after making the change to the Cellular Data setting? I followed your steps and after restarting the iPhone, the Podcast switch was still off.
