Feb 25, 2015 1:17 AM in response to lbegby Ingo2711,If you can use iTunes on your computer but don't have your device:
- Go to iTunes > Preferences (Mac) or Edit > Preferences (PC).
- Click the Devices tab.
- Hold your mouse over a backup to display the serial number for that device. You'll also see the IMEI/MEID and CDN for your iPhone or iPad (cellular model).

Feb 25, 2015 5:46 AM in response to FelipeVby lbeg,Thanks.
I bought the device from Apple on my staff discount for a friend. The invoice I have from Apple does not confirm the IMEI etc
Is there someone internally that can provide an invoice/proof of purchase that confirms these details?
Basically, is there an internal department I can e-mail or would I need to go into a store?

Feb 25, 2015 6:07 AM in response to Ingo2711by lbeg,I had a look and to get help I think you need to be in warranty or have Apple Care. The device was bought in 2013 with neither of these things.
I just need to a receipt confirming the IMEI and serial number and unfortunately its proving hard
