Q: how can I down load iPhoto library upgrader1.1?

We have recently upgraded to os x Yosemite and then had to up grade our iPhoto to iPhoto 9.6. Was then told we needed to download iPhoto Library Upgrader 1.1 to be enabled to open iPhoto, but it will not download. has any body else had this problem?

basically it is very simple - ebad and follow the steps - iPhoto '11 or later: About the Library Upgrader - Apple Support

Are you trying to download it from this page: iPhoto Library Upgrader 1.1. I just tried it and it's working for me.
