Feb 23, 2015 1:35 AM in response to Jbee3by Ingo2711,Are you using a case around the phone, if yes, remove it, and try again. If this is no the case, and to rule out a software issue, set it back to factory settings and see if the camera works after that.
If still no luck, contact Apple to get it serviced:

Mar 2, 2015 6:54 PM in response to Ingo2711by EmiFox,Same problem here. Took case off, did a full restore. Did not work. Have an appointment at Apple Store. Really hoping they can replace the camera or give me a new phone. I have taken very good care of my phone and do not want a refurb.
