Feb 24, 2015 12:41 PM in response to 19Andi90by Loner T,Are you using an external Optical drive or the built-in iMac SuperDrive? External Optical drives will not work for an iMac which also has an internal Optical drive.

Feb 24, 2015 2:27 PM in response to 19Andi90by Loner T,The internal HD will be the destination for the Windows installer. Is the Windows Installer DVD in the iMac internal Optical drive (if there is one) or are you using an external Optical drive for the Windows Installer DVD?

Feb 24, 2015 10:06 PM in response to Loner Tby 19Andi90,I have no optical drive in my imac (Late 2013). I have only the usb-flash and a iso (saved on my imac).
Should i copy the iso on the usb-flash? -
Feb 25, 2015 7:07 AM in response to 19Andi90by Loner T,BCA will copy it. The other option to build the USB, without using BCA is to use https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200124.aspx and create your USB2 flash drive (~8GB size) first, and then copy the contents of the ISO after you open it on your Mac. If you are able to do this, then you should get a bootable USB which you can test.

Feb 26, 2015 11:13 AM in response to 19Andi90by Loner T,Plug-in your USB. Start BCA, and check only the third option - 'Install Windows...' and test.

Mar 2, 2015 9:26 PM in response to Loner Tby 19Andi90,Ok i tried it with different versions and it always says that it isn´t a 64bit version(but i download it in 64bit).
Then i tried it just like at the beginning and it looks like working....but while copieing the windows stuff on the usb-stick there came an issue.
I used another Stick and the same issue comes up.
It says that there are some problems copieing the windows-Stuff.
