Mar 3, 2015 6:52 AM in response to thunderfromchigagoby King_Penguin,Your primary and alternate email addresses aren't usually used for resetting security questions - whether they'll send you anything when you contact them as part of resetting the questions I don't know.
It's possible that when you contact them that they might ask you to create a 'temporary support pin', if they do you will need access to a browser to be able to login to your account : Apple ID: About the temporary support PIN - Apple Support.
