Q: Book Proofer App on my Mac Has Stopped Working with My iOS Devices in iOS8

Any other ebook publishers out there? I have been using Book Proofer on my Mac to proof my ePubs with no problem for over a year now. But all of a sudden (since iOS8?) Book Proofer is insisting that iBooks is not installed on my iPad (or iPhone), even though it is! The folks at  AppleCare had never even heard of Book Proofer! They even questioned whether it was a Mac app! Anyone else with this issue? Any fixes?

Mac is on the latest version of Mavericks

iPhone/iPad are on iOS8
