Q: icloud and itunes

I have been using icloud for several years due to laptop not being available to me. Now that I have a windows laptop up and running I want to have iTunes as my backup like I used to. I remember being able to connect my phone and all my photos etc would transfer. Now I cant get my photos to my laptop due to icloud. Can someone please give me an idiots guide on how to do this before I lose all my personal things due to icloud AGAIN.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3

İnstall icloud your pc. Select an directory from icloud application. icloud will syc your photos on your selected folder(directory). But if you delete this photos, maybe your icloud photos deleted too. because this is sync.
İf you want remove photos on your pc, dont delete them. close sync or remove icloud app.

Thank you, I downloaded icloud this morning...

new problem saying icloud cannot be used whilst multiple outlook accounts are installed? I have access to my emails on the laptop, ipad and iphone.

Sorry I really don't know what I am doing so any help or advice is welcome. All I want is to retrieve my photos and use my laptop as my back up not icloud

install iTunes. Connect your phone to PC. After see your phone icon, click it. In left side click summary. There is two option under backup tab. select "this PC"

This back up your phone not iCloud, on your PC.

Other way take photos from phone. Go to the computer, you can see phone as driver. "Removable device" you can take photos here too.

If you want sync photos on all device you had to solve this e-mail issue. Can you send error message photo or write complete error message?
