I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues. If you have concerns that your Apple ID and/or iCloud account may have been compromised (your iCloud account is a subset of your Apple ID and is accessed with the same password), you may find the information and steps outlined in the following articles helpful:

Note: While it is always prudent to be cautious and change passwords if you have any concerns about the security of your accounts, you should be aware that someone may have simply entered your email address (for whatever reason) when applying for these services. In that case, you would receive these notification emails, even if they did not have access to your iCloud account.
