Q: What does STATUS_CODE_ERROR mean when logging-in to app store?

Trying to download apps from the Apple app store for my MacBook Pro.  After entering my Apple ID & password in the pop-up window, I get this message in red text in the lower left side of pop-up window: STATUS_CODE_ERROR
