I bought a Macbook 5,2 with a Intel Core 2 Duo and 2GB. Is has 10.6 system. I downloaded the upgrade to 10.6.8 ok, but it gives me a error message when i try to install. Any suggestions on the cause and correction. thanks Len

Hmm, that looks to be something causing it to be not able to be installed, best thing to do is research up on the web if people have had this issue and then see if they have either found a fix etc.

Thanks to all the people who responded to my to my question above,that I posted. For everyones info I found the answer on the web. You need to download
the following mac osx update combo 10.6.8 dmg. and it works. The key is the Combo version. Thanks again to all who answered. Len
