I just used this site to look up my IP. I am listed under the Spanhaus Zen Combined Block List. When I clicked on the address given, it indicated that I was being block by Time Warner Cable, my ISP. Could Time Warner be the source of our problems? Is there anyone else using Time Warner that experiencing this problem? Pam

Mar 15, 2015 12:59 PM in response to aixen21by xaipete,I'm making progress with this problem. I called apple again and spoke to a senior mail advisor. Somehow my mac mail account is tagged with having sent over 1000 messages in one day. I probably send about 20-30 emails a day, so something wrong. The apple guy is going to call me back within the hour after he investigates the problem. See the article below for information about limits. More when I hear back from him. --Pam
