Mar 20, 2015 6:59 PM in response to Allen Aby katsbee2010,I Tried to hold down the menu and down button then when light flashes I unplugged for 3 seconds but it comes back with just the Apple icon and message incompable audio signal received. I have also tried another HD cable but still the same thing. Someone else said to plug into iTunes but I don't have itunes to hook it up too. I just at a loss. I can't even get to settings or anything. I am just dumbfounded on what to do now. If you know of anything else please please let me know

Tried a different HD cable but still the same thing. Also heard to connect to iTunes but don't have iTunes to hook it too. I am totally confused

Mar 22, 2015 6:40 AM in response to Allen Aby katsbee2010,Thank you and I had already tried the contact support. When I tried to set up a call it told me I do not have support. So it wouldn't let me set up a time. I bought this at best buy not even a year ago. So I might have to call them. Have a great day and thank you for your help

Mar 23, 2015 6:27 AM in response to katsbee2010by applecrisp56,Your apple tv needs to be restored with itunes, if you have an apple store you can make an appt and take it there. They will restore it. If not call apple and tell them you did the lastest update and now it is flashing. They should be able to send you a cord for free. Then you can call back once you have it and apple can help you with the restore.
