Q: iTunes not syncing contacts anymore
My contacts are in (Windows) Outlook 2010 and they used to sync when check marking in iTunes the contacts to sync.
Procedure -
iPhone screen is locked, ran iTunes with USB, chose info tab, "Sync contacts/calendar with Outlook", "Replace info on this iPhone", check marked contacts/calendar, APPLY, sync started and completed (3 of 3 steps), checked iPhone and no changes for new contacts to be added from Outlook. Checked Outlook and contacts are there.
I expected as per previous syncs contacts would have updated.
Any ideas?
