Mar 16, 2015 3:10 PM in response to wonderyby Lawrence Finch,First, with one of the devices on, go to Settings/Bluetooth. Do you see the device? Can you tap on its name and connect it? Try with the other also.
If this doesn't resolve the problem you will need to re-pair the device. Put it in pairing mode, and go to Settings/Bluetooth on the phone, then tap on its name.

Mar 16, 2015 3:35 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby wondery,Thank you much for the reply-
Unfortunately, my iPhone doesn't recognize either device; neither name pops up in Settings/Bluetooth.
I restored my phone, rebooted my phone, consulted the manufacturers of the devices, and can't get an answer. Very strange that it was working brilliantly, and now it won't even see my devices. Started when I installed iOS 8.2.
Thoughts?

Mac OS XAs stated in the first response in this thread, go to the settings on the device and reset it. (See the owner's manual). Then put it in Pairing mode, and at the same time go to Settings/Bluetooth on the iPhone.
