Q: Faulty Retina Display

I have an early 2013 15inch macbook pro retina but its display have started to show clusters of dead or non working pixels, my warranty is out by 4 days to date, this had been worrying me for the last 2 days is there a fix for this faulty display. oh in case you need the display is an LG made and the dead pixels are only visible when their is no background image on the screen . its a dead give away when the screen is put to a solid color background like dark gray.
