Q: I have also an Apple TV with the light Blinking and the apple symbol is this a general apple problem,like something gone wrong with an automatic update?

I have an apple tv and like some others my light is blinking and the screen does not go past the apple symbol. I have tried rebooting my device, checked the HDMI cable and caused a hard reset by removing the power cable for 20 seconds. lastly I tried holding down the menue & down buttons for six seconds to cause a reset but nothing changes. Anybody got a clue ?
