Mar 19, 2015 3:30 PM in response to DAYALAby rkaufmann87,Open the Mac App Store and check for any updates. If there are available updates for your Epson they will load. If you use Canon's app to scan that may be your problem. Try using Image Capture, it's already on your computer!!! If you have never used Image Capture here is a link to Apple's site Mac Basics: Using a scanner - Apple Support. Finally if Image Capture cannot locate your scanner then you may need to get an app such as VueScan. You can locate that app by Googling it.
