Thank you !!
This Article talks about "operating temperatures and temperature management of iPhone" but about the issues happening in iphone6. the problem happens only if we are in call morethan 5-10 mins. maybe Apple need to concentrate on this fix soon.

Apr 2, 2015 5:46 PM in response to gowrishhby Lawrence Finch,When you say it gets overheated do you mean a warning appears on the screen and the phone shuts down? If this does not happen the phone is not overheated.
The phone may get warm when used. If you have a weak mobile signal (1 or 2 dots) it will get much hotter than it will with a strong signal (5 dots). This is because the phone must increase its output power to maintain a connection to a weak mobile radio tower.
The phone will also get much hotter if you have a case on it. So if you have a case, try removing it.
