Mar 24, 2015 8:01 AM in response to alex_h1by Shaun Wilkinson,Thanks, Alex. I've already been through the troubleshooting steps. Twice. That's one of the things that is frustrating about this, as usually whatever process that is detailed from Apple support is usually successful. I may go ahead and take it from the top once more, just to be sure. But really, it does seem to be functional, so after that I may just let it be. Thanks again.

If you've already gone through all of those steps and the issue persists, then I think you should get some more in-depth support by using another one of our support resources found in the link below.

Aug 3, 2015 9:09 PM in response to Shaun Wilkinsonby Cesarino,It may be that iTunes on your Mac is pointing to the wrong library. Hold down the option key and open iTunes. You'll be prompted to create or select a library. Click select library and see if there is more than one library. If so pick the other one and see if that works. It fixed my issue. I had accidentally created a second library and that became the default library.
