Mar 21, 2015 5:37 PM in response to yellowjournalismby XTMan,Same here. My iPad, iPad Mini and desktop Mac have gone from updating spreadsheets on iCloud Drive quickly to very (impossibly slow).
I have restarted the iPad. Turned off and turned on iCloud Drive. I have plenty of space on iCloud. I have done some searches but nothing seems to relate directly to this problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mar 21, 2015 6:34 PM in response to dvdd8nby TomMcCauley,I realize this is an iPad forum, but I am having the exact same problem on my iPhone. Only started a few days ago. Interestingly, other changes I make (deleting a file, etc) all sync, just not any changes to this file. This is about the 5th reason that makes me ready to re-create the spreadsheet in Google Docs and give up.

Mar 21, 2015 7:15 PM in response to TomMcCauleyby dwimordene,I am seeing the same thing. Editing and updating Pages and Numbers on my iPad Air 2 don't not get saved to iCloud. They won't appear on my iPhone or MacBook. Around 4pm MDT things worked briefly on my iPad and iPhone but now things are back to not synchronizing. I think I noticed this Wednesday. Ulysses also won't synch, but bookmarks and contacts and calendar seem fine.

Mar 21, 2015 7:25 PM in response to dwimordeneby XTMan,I am in Australia for reference. Since my post I have been on chat to Apple to two advisors but neither could resolve the issue. I am have a phone appointment for Monday 23rd at 11 am Eastern Australian Daylight Savings Time. I am interested to see what comes out of this.

Mar 21, 2015 9:57 PM in response to dvdd8nby Jack.baker,This is happening for me in both numbers and pages, except when I create a new file or is not being uploaded.
I noticed this about three or four days ago.
And this is on both my iPad and my iPhone.

Mar 22, 2015 4:20 AM in response to dvdd8nby rudifromharderwijk,I'm having the same problem as well - Pages in iCloud only works correctly via the internet browser (icloud.com). When I make a change there it usually (after a long time) syncs with Pages on my iPhone 5c and iPad Air (both running 8.2), but the other way around it doesn't work. When I update a Pages document on my iPhone for instance it will show an infinite loop of updating the file, but nothing actually happens. The updates in the file won't be transferred to icloud.com.
Only when I completely erase a file on my iPhone it will be gone completely from the cloud.
Been going on for three days now. This is not the service you expect after buying 600 Euro devices.

Mar 22, 2015 8:14 AM in response to dvdd8nby Tim Klein,I've about had it with iWork. It was a nice suite of programs for a long time but it is an absolute abomination at this point; an unreliable piece of garbage.
It's gotten so bad that I had gotten used to ONLY making changes to my docs on the Mac and simply using iOS versions of the apps as viewers because changes made on the iPhone or iPad would rarely sync bac to icloud.
Now, the iOS apps are completely worthless since they won't update at all from icloud. One of the troubleshooting guides tells you to log out of iCloud then log back in. THAT was a massive mistake. I was rewarded with NO documents on my devices. All are now hung up and constantly in an "updating" status... and, oh yeah, I get to setup all my credit cards again on Apple Pay because they go away if you log out of iCloud. Deleted each of the iWork apps and reloaded them... worthless too.
I sure miss the days when my Apple products "just worked".

Mar 22, 2015 9:06 AM in response to dvdd8nby dwimordene,I have been sending a copy of my Pages document to my email as a backup for the last four or five days. I opened the Pages attachments this morning and only a quarter of the document is there. The document has been saving to iCloud for about five days. I copied all the text from the document and pasted it into an email for a backup.
With the iCloud integration into Pages and Numbers and Keynote I'm going to quit using those applications for now. Sadly, iCloud and iCloud Drive have become very unreliable.

Mar 23, 2015 3:54 AM in response to dwimordeneby jkcollins01,I noticed this issue about a week or so ago here in the Netherlands. iCloud Drive syncs fine with non-iWork files (i.e. word, excel etc) but iWork files will not sync or some will sync very slowly.
Something else I noticed. If i create an iWork file on a normal directory on my mac (not the iCloud drive but the documents folder or the desktop) and then drag the file to iCloud drive, it uploads quiet fast, but if i create an iWork file directly on iCloud drive it does not sync.
I could be wrong, but the problem seemed to start when the clocks got adjusted in the US to summer time, I am wondering if this is a factor ?

Mar 23, 2015 8:34 AM in response to dvdd8nby Wolff-leipzig,The same here with me.
iPad and Mac needs hours to sync for iWork-Docs - if it syncs at all. Other filet ypes are fine. The first time i encountered this problem was on friday, 13th and it persists till now.
Interestening is that network traffic is quite good when updating non-iWork files and less than ancient modem-speed when only ( about 3 KB/sec).
For the other filetypes sync well i am sure that my systems are ok.

Mar 23, 2015 10:20 PM in response to dvdd8nby M Studer,Hi All,
I had the same problem where pages on my iPad mini refused to sync with iCloud or my iMac after the update came out. After doing the round robin of uninstall/reinstall/restart all of my devices, I finally got a win by going 'nooklear'.
Here's what I did:
1. Logged in to iCloud via the web interface.
2. Went to Pages
3. Download all of my Pages documents to my iMac's hard drive to back them up.
4. Once all my iCloud Pages documents were copied to my iMac, I deleted all my Pages document from my iCloud account
5. Next I uninstalled Pages from my iPad mini.
6. Then I reinstalled Pages to my iPad mini
7. Out of rote I restarted my iPad mini
8. Uploaded my Pages document back onto iCloud via the website from my iMac
9. Got a win.
Almost immediately my Pages documents on my iPad mini started working. Changes I made to the documents now suddenly sync'd with iCloud and my iMac. Basically everything worked the way it did before the update.
One other thing to note, and this might be the crux of the problem, is that when I was downloading my Pages docs from iCloud, I got warnings that there was a syncing conflict between a few of the docs. When I removed those docs, suddenly everything began working again. What I think happened is that iCloud was having trouble resolving these syncing conflicts and simply stopped working. Once the problem docs were removed, then iCloud and Pages could do their thing.
I hope this helps.
Marc
