printer works with lap top and iphone,but ipad cant find it

    Apple is kind of mum on "having trouble" > from > Print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

    If you don’t see your printer, make sure that:   

    • Your iOS device and your printer are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network and you're within range.    
    • Your printer supports AirPrint.

     

    Without being able to recreate your issue, it is hard to give much advice - especially since you have two working devices (assuming the same exact conditions)

    Restart All Devices

    • iPad
    • Printer
    • Wi-fi router
