From what I gather, your iTunes Store purchase didn't download completely and you’re looking for some troubleshooting suggestions. Take a look at the article linked below which provides a lot of great information that will resolve most iTunes Store download issues.

I tried this before and it has downloaded 1.8Ghz, but will not run or start the movie or continue to download. Out of interest I have managed to download it on my iPad but not the Mac. Any other suggestions would be greatly received
