Q: Error -3403D

I am getting error -3403D on my MacPro 15". It is crashing repeatedly with Yosemite. After running disk utilities without success, I did a clean install which helped for the first day but the crashing is continuing with more frequency. The crash seems to happen when I am scrolling although it doesn't seem to matter what application I'm using. Any suggestions? I'm hoping I don't need a new one. Thanks.
