Full network setup with details of every part and what everything connects to.
Can you access on the network internet from any device? Can you load fing onto an iphone and see if the other devices all show up.

Actual make and model of the router if separate from the modem? Since this discussion area is about apple routers I presume you have an extreme or express.. what model number and age.. again direct from the base.. A1xxx please.
From the MBA open your airport utility.. again assuming you have an airport and give me the overall screenshot of the network. Do the screenshot with the airport highlighted.. thusly.
There is more info in the main Edit area.. but for now that is not so useful.
I want to see what is connected so if you hover the mouse over the list of devices connected by wireless you will see extra info.. take a snap of that as well.
So mine looks like this.
For reasons none of us understand.. some devices show with their full names and lots of info. And others show up with no IP and min of details.. but I need the snap of everything there.
