my mid 2010 macbook pro randomly shuts off, evermore frequently. Usually when I'm watching a video on a browser, and most definitely if I have Photoshop open.

but it also seems that I have missed out on the free-repair program they have

my problem with this, is that I have taken in my computer into a certified mac store, several times in the last two years, for the same problem... and I was never offered a recall or free repair service. It seems unfair that now that I know what the real problem is, I am ineligible for the free repair program.
what options do you think I have?
