Feb 9, 2015 5:19 PM in response to serges14by HenryS,Cannot see the iPhone in your example. In fact I have NO BLUETOOTH devices showing EVEN WHEN I HAVE A BLUETOOTH connection with a Mac (iOS still doesn't work in Airdrop). MacPro= late 2012. Macbook Pro late 2010 (given up hope on this one).
The two computers can see each other...
Airdrop works OK on my 2013 iMac, NOT on 2012 MacPro, 2010 MBP.

Feb 16, 2015 10:22 PM in response to serges14by serges14,an addition: it also seems necessary that a receiving folder for bluetooth incomings should be defined on the Mac: Mac Setting -> Shared Access (or however it is called in English) -> Bluetooth shared access

Mar 25, 2015 1:33 PM in response to serges14by pommemal,This didn't work for me.
I find Apple's way of doing (or not doing) things so infuriating! Nothing is simple. It took me 4 hours to get QuickTime's New Movie Recording functionality to work. What was the solution? I have no idea. It just decided to work after not working for hours. ***!?
