Q: network time error after software restore

Hi. My apple tv blocked this morning, and after I have restored it thru iTunes it doesn't do anything when I am contacting it to power, or if it is working, it remains blocked on network time setting. Can be the software version the problem? If it is too recent? Thank you!

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), iOS 8.1.2

    That is because it's not properly connected to the network

     

    Make sure location is set correctly

    DNS should be set to auto (settings - general - network)

    Make le sure rputer has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)

    If on wifi try ethernet
