Q: Why does my wife have to Ask to Buy?!

Hi,

have set up family sharing between my iPhone and my wife's, and now my wife can't purchase from iTunes without ask to buy. She is an adult, and is recognised as an adult on the account. So why does she have to Ask to Buy? Because she is an adult there is no option to turn it off?

Hey Wevo76,

You can turn that option off within the Family Sharing settings in iCloud. If you go to Settings > iCloud > Family and select her account, you should see an option to turn on and off Ask to Buy. For more information, take a look at the article below.
