I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with the iTunes iOS App Store. I am having the same problem as BretonTom. I looked at the troubleshooting articles, and they were entirely unhelpful. The articles assume the issue is a failure to connect to the App Store. In fact I can connect to the App Store just fine. Only the App Store "Explore" tab is not responding - all other tabs are working fine. That said, this seems more like a server issue than a problem with anyone's iOS device, but if you have anything else I can try on my end to tickle the App Store server so that "explore" tab navigation works, I'm game.

Been over mnth since original Post. Problem remains. As stated connecting to APP STORE is Problem. The EXPLORE Tabs never load. just beachball of doom,
