Q: iPAD AIR App Store explore tab not responding

iPAD Air with 16Gig Memory (9Gig Free/1 Month Out of Box New - iOS8) - App Store 'EXPLORE' Tab when CLICKED never responds.  The APP Window remain in 'LOADING' state w no response.

     There were 2 similar questions posted in Nov 2014.  No Responses posted.

Is there a solution, work-around, or APPLE RESPONSE?

    I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with the iTunes iOS App Store.     Hi Brenden,

     

    I am having the same problem as BretonTom.  I looked at the troubleshooting articles, and they were entirely unhelpful.  The articles assume the issue is a failure to connect to the App Store.  In fact I can connect to the App Store just fine.  Only the App Store "Explore" tab is not responding - all other tabs are working fine.  That said, this seems more like a server issue than a problem with anyone's iOS device, but if you have anything else I can try on my end to tickle the App Store server so that "explore" tab navigation works, I'm game.

    Zum Alles:

    Been over mnth since original Post.  Problem remains.  As stated connecting to APP STORE is Problem. The EXPLORE Tabs never load. just beachball of doom,
