Q: We are experiencing a black screen with the Apple symbol and a flashing light.  We have tried to reset, unplugged without success


We are experiencing a problem with our Apple TV, it shows a black screen with the Apple symbol and a flashing light.  We have tried to reset it by unplugging and pressing the main button on the devise.  Please help!
