Q: How to change the langauge from chinese to english for itunes

Note that the language of the iTunes player and the iTunes Store are two different settings.

My iTunes display language unexpectedly changed to Spanish from English.  I tried using the document  suggested by ed2345 to change it back, but English was the only language available in my System Preferences, and my language preference file is call Language & Region, NOT Language and Text, and doesn't look like the screen shown in the iTunes document.  Still, I clicked on English, closed and re-opened iTunes, and now the display language is Chinese, not an improvement, at least with Spanish, I could decipher a few of the labels. I tried shutting down my computer and restarting, and iTunes is still in Chinese. I recently performed some system updates that were recommended, and I can only conclude that this caused the problem.  Any more suggestions?
