Q: my iphone and ipad are not syncing my Outlook diary

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.
If your Outlook calendar is not being synced to your iOS devices even though the option is selected in iTunes, then I'd like you to please follow the troubleshooting in the article below.

Mar 29, 2015 4:17 AMby John Mcewen,Really - this is the best answer? Some of us don't have forever to this stuff. Moreover I cannot see why it does not work straight "out of the box". If this is the best option/solution on offer it will be quicker and easier to get a new phone and tablet that do sync my diary.
