Log in with the account that has more data, choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Users/ as the path, drag the other account's home folder to the desktop, and move the files inside it as desired.

Need more info then. Do you have a bootcamp partition for windows files? What files from the PC are you migrating?

Are you planing on deleting the the mike user account? Did you set up the mike 1 account as having admin privileges or just a new user? If saving the mike account. Do you wish to also keep the files in that account also? Log in as Mike1, then copy the files to Hard drive level/User/Mike/Public folder/Dropbox.
