Q: Ok. I lost my IPhone at school. My device is offline so I can't use Find My Phone to locate it. My information is on my phone. I don't want to cancel it but I just want to find it. I also don't know my serial number . What do I do?

I lost my IPhone at school. My device is offline so I can't use Find My Phone or anything else to locate it. Plus, I don't know my serial number. I do know my phone number and my Apple ID. Will Apple still be able to help me? Or will my phone be lost forever?

You can put your iPhone in lost mode using iCloud and the actions will take effect the next time it is online.
