I understand that you are receiving an alert that your iPhone cannot be synced because it cannot be read or written to. In this situation, I would recommend reading over the attached article and working through the troubleshooting steps suggested within it.

Mar 28, 2015 8:06 AM in response to joe_7399by PreParrott,Thanks for the reply. The thing that worked was un syncing iPhotos then ibooks would sync then go back and sync iPhotos.
Im young a iMac and iPhone 6+ and all the latest software.
