Q: my rental movie stops after 13 min and won't go further
my rental movie stops after 13 minutes and seven seconds and won't go any further. Tried numerous times,started movie over again and same problem. Deducd it is movie ,whatrecourse do I have.

You've also tried closing iTunes and rebooting your Mac ? If that doesn't get it to play then use the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
