Q: How do i switch from Australia store to Canada

I recently moved from Australia to Canada, how do i switch stores and still use the same apple ID? Also overtime i logged on to the Aus store from canada, I was charged a dollar? WHY and HELP!

You can't. You must have a new Apple ID for use in the CDN store. For that you must have a CDN billing address for a CDN bank-issued credit card.

The $1.00 charge is done to verify the card is legitimate. it will be returned to you as a credit.

1. Click here and follow the instructions to change the iTunes Store country.
2. That appears to be an authorization hold, not a charge; if so, it should disappear within a few days.

Ok, so is there anyway to keep the same email address then? or do I now have to set up an new email account?

When I did this in Canada I had to create a new email address to use as my Apple ID in Canada.
