Q: How to change a billing address on iCloud?

...This question was asked a couple of years ago with no answer........ "It appears I registered my apple ID and Icloud with a US address, and live in Switzerland. I do not own a US credit card. Now that I need to buy more storage with my swiss credit card, I can't change the country's billing address from the US to my swiss one." Any help appreciated.
