Q: iMac camera blurry

My iMac camera always looks like it's out of focus, it seems set to be focus only at 30 cm of distance from the monitor, is there any program I can use to set the camera focus? I always stand away 60/70 cm from the monitor and my Photo Booth pics and Skype calls are always blurry.

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
