Dec 26, 2014 1:53 PM in response to PeterBreis0807by VikingOSX,Well, I do have Pages v5 installed (cough). Not my idea of a souvenir though.
Sadly, no Apple paid tab at the Yarralumla Yacht Club.

Dec 26, 2014 2:43 PM in response to VikingOSXby PeterBreis0807,Come visit and you can happily drink off my slate all you want!
There's a room waiting for you as well, so long as the kids are not in town.

PS I'll send you the keychain they sent me, and I promptly chucked in the corner. I do love and wear the long sleeve T-Shirt I got years back before they gave up on rewarding us obstreperous and out of line thinkers. Their present to us is they haven't tossed us off their forum. Got tossed off a Mac forum recently when I disputed that Pages 5 was a brilliant leap forwards. That forum is famous however for its hard line against disturbing thoughts that might unsettle its netizens.

Apr 2, 2015 2:29 PM in response to braintoniqby Daniel Bret,Strange enough, these posts stopped at Christmas… does it mean you all gave up using Pages 5 ? (Sorry for my uncertain English, my native language is French). I recently installed Yosemite, thence Pages 5, now Pages 5.5. And I am confronted with the difficulty to have facing pages. They are a must for a good organization of the texts and pictures. Has anyone found an answer since Christmas 2014.

Just keep using Pages '09 it should still be in your Applications/iWork folder.
Pages 5 is not automatically installed with Yosemite, you have to choose it.

Apr 3, 2015 4:20 AM in response to Tom Geweckeby Daniel Bret,That's right. Thanks a lot for giving your advice. I went back to Pages '09 this morning.

Apr 3, 2015 4:24 AM in response to PeterBreis0807by Daniel Bret,Thank you Peter. It's true I decided to use Pages 5.5 naively thinking it would be better. I started using Pages 09 again this morning, rather sorry about the time I wasted looking for a menu that would answer my needs. This forum was a great help to realize I wasn't the only one to complain.

Apr 3, 2015 5:13 AM in response to Daniel Bretby PeterBreis0807,Make sure you Rate/Review Pages 5.5.2 in your App Store.
I think you will find you are not the first to notice this.

v'09 is Pages 4, not Pages 5.

Apr 3, 2015 8:32 AM in response to braintoniqby PeterBreis0807,If you don't have Pages '09, it is available from Amazon as part of iWork '09 for less than US$20 for all 3 Apps.
Make sure you update it to v4.3 after installation.
