Q: when i went to recovery and reinstalled mac lion OS X v10.7.5, I lost me calendar application. How can I recover it?
I have a MacBook Air with Lion OS X v10.7.5. Installation for system update was interrupted and I had to go to "recovery" mode. In the process of reinstalling Lion OS X v10.7.5, I lost my calendar application. How can I get it back?

Howdy LaNette,
The Calendar application replaced iCal when Apple transitioned the Mac operating system from Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) to Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion.) Look for iCal instead. See this article for reference -
Mac Basics: iCal (OS X Lion and earlier) - Apple Support
If you want to get Calendar back, you can upgrade your operating system. Currently you can update to Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) from the Mac App Store at no cost -

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
