Q: my screen/display is flickering (out of sync)

My screen display is flickering, Citi s out of sync, the problem is not permanent, it comes and goes and the more files I open the problem gets on

IPad, iOS 4, IPhone-4, power MAC

    What is a "Citi"?

    Do you have a Power Mac? Power Macs have a G4 or G5 Power PC processor and were discontinued  in 2006. They were replaced by the mac Pro which uses Intel processors. this is the Mac pro forum.
