4 GB X 2 = 8 GB.
But talk to OWC to make absolutely sure. Also they stand behind whatever they recommend and are very good about returns. (I've never had to do that in 9 years of dealing with them.)
You might consider adding an SSD to your Unibody. I did that to a 2009 MacBook Unibody and it ran very nicely even though the client couldn't afford to upgrade the RAM from 4 to 8 GB.
