Q: The App Store won't allow me to update apps due to my billing information

I Have tried purchasing an app but it won't allow me to, as it keeps asking for my security code.

Once I have typed it in it says to try another card. Also when I try to update apps it asks me for my card information again.

so now I can't update any apps.

 

What is the problem?

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.2
