Uninstall the AVG anti-virus according to the developer's uninstall instructions.

You do not need to use cleaning programs. They can destroy your computer operation as they may already have done.

    CleanMyMac - Uninstall

    CleanMyMac2 Un-install

After un-installing, use this program to make sure you got all the pieces.

Your Mac is purposefully quitting programs because you are low on RAM. This is likely from a memory management issue from several reasons, including the following:

    1. You have many programs set to start up when your Mac loads (though this does not appear to be the case)

    2. Some of these programs simply use a LOT of RAM

    3. A program has a bug called a memory leak that makes it use an exceptional amount of RAM.

While removing third-party utilities you have installed may help, this is likely not going to affect the issue. Try restarting, and when this next happens, open the Activity Monitor utility and then go to the Memory tab. In here, sort the processes in descending order by the Memory column, and see if any are listed in red. Then you can take a screenshot (press Shift-Command-4, then Space, and then place the crosshair over the Activity Monitor window before clicking--the screenshot will appear on your Desktop), and then you can post the screenshot here.

A final issue here may be hardware damage. Restart your Mac, and hold the Command-D keys down immediately. This will load and run Apple's hardware tests. Hopefully all will check out, but if not and you see any errors, then post them back here.

There is nothing wrong with your Mac's memory utilization, but you are using a completely worthless app whose only effect will be to degrade its performance while causing needless hard disk drive wear. That will accelerate its eventual failure.

You are also using two equally worthless but potentially harmful "cleaning" and "anti-virus" utilities. Uninstall them according to their respective instructions. Be advised that CleanMyMac's instructions do not rid your Mac of all its components, and that your Mac may have been corrupted as a result of having used it.

If you want your Mac to work as it is designed to work, don't use such things. "Maintenance" software and similarly categorized utilities not required for your own productivity, communication, or entertainment should be avoided. If you do not know how to discriminate between merely worthless software and potentially harmful software, review your Gatekeeper settings: OS X : About Gatekeeper - Apple Support. Gatekeeper is designed to help prevent you from inadvertently installing garbage software, and it has been disabled on that Mac.

Back up your Mac prior to making any changes to its file system. To learn how to use Time Machine read Mac Basics: Time Machine backs up your Mac - Apple Support.

Yosemite is designed to try and keep active applications in memory by doing 2 things - compressing them, and killing applications that have no activity for a period of time.  Your first post shows it was killing apple stuff, the second is still showing swapping to virtual memory -  so those are active applications being swapped out because of no room in memory.   Think its 4GB is bare minimum for Yosemite to play well with an application or 2 - but have seen articles other sites that Yosemite does like RAM - so you might consider at least doubling RAM.

That is the expected amount of memory usage for kernel_task for a system with 4GB or RAM.  If you add more RAM in the future, kernel_task (the guts of Mac OS X) will use more memory to manage virtual page tables associated with the additional RAM.

Otherwise, our Green memory pressure indicates you are not stressing your memory.

The use of a memory cleaner, as says, forces Mac OS X to spend more time read/writing the disk.  This cost you in time to reload what was thrown out,  wear on your disk, battery consumption reducing the length of time your Macbook Pro will run before needing to be recharged, and heating up the Macbook Pro causing the fans to run faster, drawing more power, that will also shorten the time until you need to recharge.

Mac OS X does everything in its power to avoid using the disk so the Mac runs faster, uses less power, and extends the life of the disk (whether rotational hard disk or solid state disk).  A memory cleaner defeats that.
